Located in the highly desirable North Asheville area, you can literally walk to over 10 restaurants and bars within 6 minutes yet you can stare at views of the nearby mountains while sitting on the screened in sleeping porch.

The inside of the Treefort is a combination of old, new and funky. The Treefort itself was built in 1925 and was the old servants quarters for the property. We rennovated it in 2013 with the intention of blowing everyone's minds. It is definitely the coolest small house in Asheville.

Important Note :  This property is in a residential neighborhood. If you plan to come into town to party late into the night, this is not the property for you. We also do not allow extra people to stay overnight. Also, only those that are listed on the rental agreement are allowed to stay.
